ROOSLA provides independent on-site rental property inspections and evidence packs (photos, video and notes) to help renters make informed decisions.
We report on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection. We cannot guarantee future condition, landlord decisions or that your application will be accepted.
You agree to provide accurate property details, access information and availability times so that inspections can be carried out safely and on time.
If an inspection is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may retain part or all of the fee to cover inspector time and travel costs.
Reports are for your personal use and decision-making. You must not misrepresent, resell or edit them in a way that could mislead others.
